No. An applicant's preferences should be reported as listed on the application as at the reference date. Preference details should be updated at each submission to reflect changes made by applicants to their preferences. This includes removing preferences from subsequent submissions if the student no longer has that preference listed and changing ordinal positions to reflect the current preference order.
Preference ordinal position on the Offer file should also reflect the current preference ordinal position; with the exception that those courses for which an offer has been made, but which is no longer listed as a current preference on an application should be reported with an ordinal position of "99".
