Data Verification - FAQ 05

05. My Verification reports in HEIMS Online have yellow and red boxes labelled "intermediate" and "high". What do these mean?

Verification reports are in the same format as HEIMS Data View Reports which include your latest submitted data. The reports compare current data to data from the previous year and highlight variations. These are listed under "Variation status". Where there is a significant variation, the system automatically highlights the differences. These differences may not necessarily be incorrect.

You may find these variations are an indication of inaccuracies in your reported data or issues that require further investigation.

For more information about verifying your data, see the Checking and verifying your data toolkit.
