Data Verification - FAQ 02

02. Why is data verification essential?

Verification is the critical quality assurance process that confirms the validity and integrity of the data providers report to HEIMS. It is used for publication, estimates, payments to providers and reconciliation processes. Data verification is the final stage in meeting the reporting requirements under the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA).
