Potential system outage 12 November 2019
Please note there may be a system outage on Tuesday 12 November and, as a result, the following systems will be unavailable between 11:00AM and 12:00PM AEDT:
- Higher Education Provider Client Assistance Tool (HEPCAT). You can still prepare and validate submissions within HEPCAT but will be unable to submit to the department.
- HEIMS Administration to allocate Commonwealth Higher Education Student Support Numbers (CHESSNs) and view student entitlements
- HEIMS Online portal including reports, Call Centre and student entitlement information checking etc.
- HEIMS WebServices – CHESSN allocation, entitlement searches etc.
The eCAF system & HITS will not be affected.
