Classification

CODE MEANING
1 Full‑time attendance:
  • Full‑time attendance for coursework students means student has an EFTSL equal to or greater than 0.75 in a full year; OR
  • when enrolled for one semester only EFTSL equal to or greater than 0.375
2 Part‑time attendance:
  • Part‑time attendance for coursework students means student has an EFTSL less than 0.75 in a full year; OR
  • when enrolled for one semester only EFTSL less than 0.375

Coding notes

  • For Higher Degree Research (HDR) students, classification of type of attendance is based on the student's own assessment, not the student load.
  • For the Course Completions submission, the code to be assigned for type of attendance relates to the final year of attendance.
